Beauty by Nahila is responsible for the processing of personal data. For the purpose of providing our services, personal data is recorded and stored in our administration. Personal and contact details such as name, gender, telephone number, and email address are collected to execute agreements and to communicate regarding appointments and treatments.
Treatment history and, where necessary, relevant medical information may be recorded to properly tailor treatments and to prevent potential contraindications. Photos of the treatment area may be taken before and after treatments for quality control, progress monitoring, and warranty purposes. Photos are only used for promotional or marketing purposes after explicit consent has been given by the client.
STORAGE AND ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES
Personal data is stored in our internal administration and secured backup systems, which are fully managed by Beauty by Nahila. Access to personal data is limited to authorized staff members who are contractually obligated to comply with this privacy policy.
Beauty by Nahila does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data, treatment records, and purchase history are stored for the duration of the treatment relationship and up to a maximum of two years after the last treatment. After this period, personal data is anonymized. Anonymized data is retained for up to five additional years in accordance with Dutch fiscal and legal requirements.
ACCESS, MODIFICATION, AND DELETION OF DATA
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Beauty by Nahila.
Additionally, you have the right to data portability. This means you may request that the personal data we hold about you be provided in a digital format or transferred to another organization of your choice.
